Mercedes initially began mystery shopping as a side hustle. Her passion for it grew over the years, and in 2015, she decided to launch her own mystery shopping organization, iShop, which provides resources to mystery shoppers and helps connect them with companies that are looking to hire them. She is now dedicated to helping people earn more money by mystery shopping.
