Job Description:
Zone Manager - Independent After Market
Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships in a reoccurring frequency.
The territory covers dealerships within the South Central Region. The selected candidate must live within a 50-mile radius of Coppell, TX or relocate to assigned territory. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Role
Lead the Wholesale and ACDelco Team in the South Central Region. Focus on meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets and driving market share.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Role model GM’s core beliefs and sets norms for behaviors necessary to maintain a productive team without inhibiting individuality and personal diversity.

Primary lead between Regional CCA Office, HQ, and Key Internal/External Workgroups for Independent After Market & Wholesale topics.

Develop and Execute the Independent After Market and Wholesale Strategy for the Region including but not limited to marketing plans (4P´s), footprint optimization, Sales forecasting, etc.

Demonstrate extreme ownership of the Independent After Market and Wholesale customer experience and work autonomously to manage the end to end process for our Wholesale Dealers and ACDelco Accounts including but not limited to Promotions, sales programs, order processing, returns.

Lead and manage the Independent After Market & Wholesale field sales team to achieving revenue and performance goals.

Create effective countermeasure to mitigate headwinds and drive innovation in the region.

Ensure each Market Area Manager in the region has documented action plants to mitigate headwinds.

KPI’s: SRT sales objective, Independent After Market Envolve sales objective, Work Place of Choice Engagement, Direct leaders index, participation.

Up to 50% travel requirements.

The salary range for this role is ($117,800 - $184,300). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
