Summary:
The Yard Associate will manage tasks including stocking, shipping, receiving, and operating forklifts. Candidates should be able to lift significant weights and pass a drug test.
Job Description:
This part time position will focus on duties such as stocking the yard area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving of products, loading/unloading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.
- Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
- Keeping yard area neat and organized.
- Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments.
- Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
- Other related duties as assigned such as receiving etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic computer knowledge and Internet use
- Forklift experience helpful, not required
- Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

This is a part time position Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. No overtime and no benefits offered.
The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $22.88 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
