About the Role
We are on the hunt for our first Workplace Experience Coordinator. This is a part-time role with potential to expand to full-time based on business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role encompasses managing daily operations, overseeing onboarding processes, coordinating meal and snack programs, liaising with building management, and stepping in for the Executive Assistant during absences.
The ideal candidate is a self starter with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating an efficient and welcoming workplace. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, creating delightful moments, and keeping a fast moving team on track.
What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in office management, workplace ops, or hospitality

Proactive problem solver; you don’t wait to be told what’s broken

Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Gusto

Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and moving quickly in a dynamic environment

Available to be in the San Francisco office and on an on-call basis (this is a hybrid role)
What You’ll Do:

Office Ops: Keep the office running smoothly—supplies, vendors, space, and facilities.

People & Culture: Coordinate onboarding, manage welcome kits, and support internal events and team moments.

EA Coverage: Step in for our Executive Assistant when needed—manage calendars, travel, and logistics.

Meals & Snacks: Own daily orders, manage snack vendors, and track preferences and budgets.

Events: Support internal events and offsites—logistics, setup, teardown, and vendor coordination.
