Your Role:
- Process, review, and resolve healthcare claims
- Follow policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Research and Resolving Customer Inquiries
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to evolving processes
What You Bring:
- 1+ year experience in claims or a similar specialist role (healthcare background required)
- Strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and computer proficiency
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment post-training
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a single role in healthcare or claims.
- A solid track record of reliability—no absences in your first 90 days.
- Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute.
- A hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
- A quiet, secure home workspace.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting schedules.
