Summary:
The Wholesale Account Executive will build relationships with mortgage brokers and engage in sales activities including cold calling. Candidates should have 1-2 years of wholesale lending experience and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in Wholesale Lending experience
- Active Broker Connections

Duties:
- Cold calling potential clients 30–50 calls per day
- Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM
- Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers
- Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
- Trains brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp’s products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines
- Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs
- Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes
- Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files
- Provide on-going service and support to brokers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
