Job Description:
The VP will build, manage and lead a direct sales division at Clearent by Xplor which includes Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Account Executives. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked with achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Importantly, as Clearent by Xplor is in a very high growth mode, the VP will need to heavily and consistently recruit to build and continue to expand their territory.

- Demonstrate integrity and ethics in representing the Clearent by Xplor brand
- Drive team to exceed the sales plan on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis by utilizing Clearent’s systemic approach to activity management and accountability
- Optimize the team by maximizing the performance of current team members while simultaneously recruiting high-performing new team members
- Provide succinct, insightful reporting to management; accurately forecast future sales; forward proactive recommendations to address key issues or concerns
- Solicit and manage key partner relationships (associations, VARs, other)
- Ensure professionalism of team members in communications, attendance of training sessions and use of social media tools
- Market additional Clearent by Xplor products and services as they are introduced under company guidelines
- Learn and understand all hardware, software, and reporting offered by Clearent and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients, and Account Executives
- Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of Clearent’s programs (Compass, gateway, etc.) and provide consistent reinforcement of the Clearent selling system to direct reports
