The EPIC VP of Partnerships we are looking for:
As VP of Partnerships, you will own and scale HFD’s ecosystem of revenue-generating partnerships—including technology integrations, channel alliances, and referral relationships. This is a high-impact role focused on driving top-line growth, enhancing product value through strategic integrations, and expanding HFD’s reach through curated partner networks.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to steward key relationships and unlock new opportunities across our B2B and B2B2C partner landscape.
Requirements
- Partnership Strategy: Define and execute a cohesive strategy for integration, channel, and referral partnerships aligned with company revenue targets.
- Pipeline Development: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new partners that can drive material business impact.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic partners, ensuring mutual value and sustained engagement.
- Go-To-Market Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable and activate partner-driven lead generation and co-marketing campaigns.
- Integration Stewardship: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and support execution of API and platform integrations that unlock partner value.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, report on performance, and continuously optimize partnership outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Enablement: Build tools, processes, and materials to enable internal teams to effectively engage and activate partners.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances—preferably in fintech, SaaS, or healthcare.
- Proven track record of sourcing and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B channel models, referral ecosystems, and tech integrations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing technical projects and collaborating across go-to-market and product teams.
- Highly strategic but willing to roll up sleeves to execute.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in elective healthcare, dental, or patient financing markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Redox), and partner enablement frameworks.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
