Insurity’s Next Vice President, New Product InnovationWe are looking for an experienced leader to join us as the Vice President, New Product Innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, innovation, and oversight of all Insurity products to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives and align the product vision with the company’s strategy.What our VP, New Product Innovation Will Do
- Empower the team to create, develop, and ship new products.
- Develops vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies used to innovate new products and services
- Introduces novel/disruptive ideas to champion innovation projects and improve existing processes whilst create culture of innovation.
- Articulates innovation strategy in a clear way and defines objectives and measures aligned with overall company goals that add value to stakeholders.
- Seek out new opportunities with partners or alliances that support innovation efforts.
- Collaborates with internal teams and promotes a culture of innovation that encourages and rewards new ideas and ways of thinking.
- Manage the evolution of our products - what we should build, why, and what's the market for this
- Size and scope growth opportunities, which should include a business case, a path to growth, an implementation plan, and stakeholder buy-in;
- Set and monitor KPIs for product performance and innovation initiatives.
- Continuously seek new technologies, innovations, and breakthrough concept opportunities
- Oversee ideation & development of new products, ensuring highest standards of quality & performance.
- Ensure strategy is led by actionable insights and key claims driving the future of our products.
- Build relationships current + new vendors to find innovation.
- Ensure timely development + launch of products within budget constraints.
- Work closely with marketing & Sales to align product innovation with market positioning + consumer demand.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform product innovation decisions.
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product & design development & innovation.
- Inspire with forward thinking vision and dream big but ensure ideas are grounded in data.
Who We Are Looking For
- Recommended:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, while managing multiple team members across multiple products
- 15+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in related field

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience.
