Burial Beer Co is looking for enthusiastic service professionals who have a love of craft beverage to join our Front of House team at our VISUALS Rooftop Wine & Cocktail Bar. Our offerings reflect the evolution of our inspirations with immersive experiences through beverage.

The Job

What You’ll Do
- Follow and uphold all beverage, service, and aesthetic standards set by the VISUALS Bar Coordinator, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience, education, quality, and efficiency throughout service execution.
- Accurately perform all opening, closing, and side work duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas and customer spaces (Collect, wash, and stock glassware, plates, and utensils)
- Prepare cocktail ingredients and mix beverages according to recipe and portion control standards
- Check guests for proper identification and serve alcohol to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations
- Process credit card transactions, ensuring all items are rung in correctly and charges are accurate.
- Prepare snack plates as instructed by VISUALS Bar Coordinator
- Assist in stocking and organizing products in all beverage coolers
- Report supply reorder needs and maintenance needs to management
- Provide private and public event support
- Take initiative to execute side tasks when time/volume allows
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years
- 3+ years wine and cocktail bartending experience
- Knowledge of beer and wine is a plus
- Ability to work private events with confidence is a plus
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, engaging personality and professional work ethic
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and thorough understanding of craft beverages
- Basic math and computer skills, and POS knowledge
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to go up and down stairs in a timely manor for restocking and changing kegs as needed
- Ability to carry 30lbs up 2 flights of stairs.

- Compensation: $2.13/hour + tips
- Employment Type: Seasonal, Part-Time, Hourly
