The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for scheduling a high volume of screening interviews and maintaining candidate records. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and knowledge of Workday ATS.

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignment and industries. These are hourly, assignment based, flex positions.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule a high volume number of screening interviews each week (40-50 on average) and provide information to the candidates and recruiters as needed.
  • Track and monitor confidential candidate information.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement).
  • Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high volume number of applicants. For example, must be comfortable screening 8-10 applicants each day.
  • Workday ATS experience required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Self motivated and passionate about talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour.

Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
