We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Recruiter with excellent communication skills. If you’re organized and able to communicate well, this is the role for you!
What You Will Do!
- Proactively help the recruiters for open positions, working with field hiring managers.
- Oversee drug screening and background check results
- Review, screen and maintain applications and resumes
- Prepare accurate offer letters through our applicant tracking system
- Coordinate recruitment needs with appropriate hiring managers
- Analyze and respond in a timely manner to all recruitment issues to resolve staffing challenges
- Monitor the advertising and recruiting line items in the Human Resources budget to ensure expenses are within budgeted amounts
- Report the status of all open positions on a weekly basis via the reporting system
- Manipulate data and create recruiting reports in Excel
- Phone screen and video screen applicants as needed
- Assist with additional HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a computer with a webcam and a smartphone
Two+ years of Human Resources experience is a plus
Knowledge of internet recruiting, multiple job boards, and human resources information systems (HRIS)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak clearly and positively on the phone, over email, and in person
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented in managing special HR Projects
Ability to think “out of the box” for tougher-to-fill positions
Job Type: Full-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
