Summary/Objective
The Vice President of National Accounts is responsible for managing Miner’s National Accounts sales channel. This role directly owns the strategies, development and management of the National Accounts Team. This role drives improved top to top relationships with Miner’s largest customer base and plays the role of a closer on big opportunities. Finally, the role will ensure seamless collaboration across departments to enhance client satisfaction and drive sustainable growth.
Core Job Duties
- Drive sustained growth within the National Accounts channel
- Manage, develop and support the National Account Managers and provide guidance to the National Account Sales Executives (NASE)
- Act as a closer on big opportunities
- Play an active role in building and adjusting the National Accounts forecast
- Develop, coordinate and communicate all National Account strategies throughout the company
- Build and drive top to top relationships with all the key Miner customers
- Oversight and negotiation of all National Account Master Service Agreements
- Plays an active role in all vendor relationships
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual customer meetings (QBRs)

Qualifications and Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- More than 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles required
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national account portfolios
- Strong understanding of the dock and door industry or related B2B industrial services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Great understanding of all Microsoft tools (Office, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes
- Valid driver’s license
Supervisory or Managerial Responsibilities
- This position has supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales.
