Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, focused, professional and dynamic individual to become a vital part of the Vendor Management Team at MVTRAC. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with Repossession Agents. Your primary objective will be to support the Vendor management processes of increasing Agent performance and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:

Vendor Relationship Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new repossession Agents based on predefined criteria and business needs.

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication channels and alignment with company goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to assess vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Operational Oversight:

Help to coordinate repossession activities when needed to ensure timely and compliant vehicle recovery.

Monitor and manage repossession assignments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal and industry regulations.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk in repossession operations.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality standards for repossession procedures and vendor performance.

Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Cost and Benefit Analysis.

Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to repossession activities and vendor performance.

Generate reports and insights to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Legal Adherence:

Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes in the automotive repossession industry.

Ensure vendor compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of repossession processes, legal requirements, and compliance standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.

Experience with collateral repossession

Collections, asset recovery, and repossession experience would be beneficial.

High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications.
Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel for industry conferences and vendor site visits.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking and managing vendor relationships such as Recovery Database Network (RDN), Recovery Connect, and RISC.
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

Target Base Salary Range
$46,800.00 - $86,600.00
