Job Description:
The Vendor Manager/Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the governance, risk, and compliance aspects of vendor relationships. This role involves evaluating, managing, and mitigating risks associated with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Vendor Manager/Compliance will work closely with various business units to ensure that vendor activities align with Bentley’s risk management framework and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement vendor management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on potential and existing vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with legal, InfoSec, and other relevant departments to negotiate vendor contracts.
- Maintain a vendor risk register and track remediation efforts.
- Ensure vendors adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of vendor controls and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on vendor risk management.
- Prepare and present reports on vendor risk and compliance to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to vendor management.
- This role requires travel once per year for team building.
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, based in our Exton, PA office.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
