Our Phillips 66 Commercial organization is focused on optimizing assets and improving operational performance by gathering market intelligence, managing risk, and creating logistic solutions across the globe.

Phillips 66’s Commercial Organization includes:

Requirements for a Phillips 66 Co-op:

Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management (or equivalent field of study) or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA
• Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit
• Graduation date of December 2025 or later
• Available for a part time working hours between 20-25 hours per week
• Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry or field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Python
