Currently seeking part-time or full-time employment needs
Responsible for assisting travel agencies and customers with travel reservations and other accommodations including air, hotel, car, cruise, tours and meals. Issues documents, reconciles cash and charge sales, and files related documentation.
- Responsible for assisting travel agencies and customers with travel reservations and other accommodations including air, hotel, car, cruise, tours and meals.
- Responsible for issuing documents, reconciles cash and charge sales and files related documentation.
- Is knowledgeable of specific geographic areas and locations in order to best assist customers in planning their itineraries.
- Provides service and support to customers in need of alternative means of transportation during periodic delays and cancellations of their scheduled flights
- Provides assistance to customers via phone reservations lines as well as in-person.
