Job Description:
Kodex is seeking a dedicated Threat Intelligence Specialist to address critical law enforcement inquiries within the United States and Canada. This role focuses on conducting accurate, timely, and detail-driven assessments to support sensitive operational workflows in the region. On occasion, you may provide additional support during planned coverage windows aligned with broader team priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Critical Case Management: Respond to high-priority, time-sensitive requests from law enforcement agencies, with a primary focus on the United States and Canada, while upholding internal protocols and legal standards.

Information Analysis: Investigate, analyze, and validate information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Kodex’s operational guidelines.
Global Engagement: Facilitate clear and professional communication across domestic and international law enforcement channels, navigating various time zones when needed. -
Support Operations: Contribute to broader team workflows and assist with planned global initiatives to ensure continuity and dependable support.

Research & Reporting: Conduct open-source and internal research to support assessments, contributing to clear, well-documented outcomes that inform decision-making.

Task Prioritization: Manage US&C requests as your primary responsibility, while supporting additional casework during lower-volume periods or as operational needs arise.
Qualifications

Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in operations, research, or an intelligence-focused role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with stakeholders clearly and professionally.

Research & Analytical Skills: Skilled in researching, evaluating, and interpreting data under pressure.

Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous in handling sensitive or mission-critical information.

Adaptability: Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal oversight.

Technical Proficiency: Confident using Google Workspace and familiar with modern operational platforms.
