Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to support our Telecom and Edge Data customers. In this role, you will work closely with the Field Sales Team, including Sales Managers of Engineered Solutions and the Senior Sales Manager—to manage inside sales activities, prepare quotations, review specifications, and oversee order processing. The Telecom Account Manager will also serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Any US State
Travel: Up to 20% travel for trade shows and customer visits

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
· Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and Field Sales to manage key Telecom accounts.
· Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy prior to quotation and order submission.
· Prepare detailed quotations, including product specifications, compliance statements, timelines, and purchase agreements.
· Provide timely updates on product status, including lead times, to field sales and direct channel customers.
· Coordinate resolution of warranty and service issues in a timely manner.
Data & Systems Management
· Maintain and update the Telecom SharePoint site.
· Manage and update pricing lists for contract, direct, and channel customers.
· Maintain accurate logs for quotes and purchase orders.
· Generate monthly revenue summaries for review by the Senior Account Manager.
· Maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track account activity and performance.
Requirements:
· A college degree is preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience in the power generation and/or the Telecom industry.
· Proven experience in sales and customer service, particularly with strategic or direct channel accounts.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI is a plus.
