Job Summary
Manages high-value technical sales engagements with significant autonomy in a specific vertical or a technically complex product category to drive long term organizational strategies. Serves as a key resource for complex customer projects and internal collaboration. Solves advanced commercial and application challenges by leveraging both technical and market insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Engages directly with high profile clients to assess needs and identify opportunities for sales and service improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Influences to enhance product development and support long-term strategic planning within the organization.
- Builds strong relations to implement tailored solutions for clients, ensuring all solutions align with customer specifications and company capabilities.
- Implements processes to improve technical bid accuracy, internal response time, and overall customer experience across the sales cycle.
- Analyzes industry trends and competitor activities to guide product strategy and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborates and provides technical expertise and support to the sales team and clients throughout the sales process ensuring alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Forecasts sales targets, market trends, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Helps establish and implement customer success initiatives, collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent follow-up and post-sales support.
- Acts as a company representative at key events, building relationships and highlighting core offerings.
- Operates with high levels of autonomy, interfacing directly with executives both within the organization and at client companies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
