In this position... 

Commercial Vehicles (SVE)

This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple Current and Forward Model Programs.  Program Management teams are responsible for managing the milestones and deliverables to take vehicles from the concept phase to production.  

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Lead PMA for Commercial Vehicle Programs:

• Lead prototype builds at NMPDC and Roush for Commercial Products.
• Must be experienced in managing project management software deployment, supporting Program and Project Manager and Program Analysts to ensure that the work and builds are delivered effectively and on time.
• Ability to lead and help resolve any problems and issues that may arise.
• Ability to integrate, consolidate and manage multiple projects and integrate multiple model year plans for major program teams as applicable.
• Must have the ability and authority to provide guidance to PMA supplier staff and ability to interface with Ford upper level management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to function effectively in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

You'll have... 

• Bachelors of Science degree or Equivalent.  
• 20+ years of experience with commercial or heavy-duty vehicles. 
• PMA is proficient in MS Office Suite applications, MS Project and Ford Internet
• Will be evaluated on their demonstrated proficiency in the following attributes:

  • Integrity
• Significant experience with Ford Commercial Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles Build process.

This position is a salary grade 8.
