Job Description:
As a Part-Time Support Specialist on the Sales Planning team, you'll handle administrative tasks and project support, focusing on trade system and Retail Trade Agreement processes. You'll also provide compliance communications and organizational support. This is a year-round remote role.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Reporting - Responsible for creating, analyzing and delivering sales reports to different internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration – Partner with Sales Planners, Center of Excellence Team Account Executives, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure the accuracy of account plans.
- Owners’ mindset - Monitor the system for certain planning errors and provide resolution. Communicate daily with our Account Executives and Sales Planning Analysts to share promotion discrepancies requiring maintenance and provide various weekly and monthly reports to various audiences.
- Manage competing priorities - Juggle multiple and conflicting priorities that will have specific time constraints.
- Special Projects – Contribute to ad hoc projects that will drive the business forward.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience or familiarity with the CPG industry
- Ability to work part-time up to 20 hours per week (during business hours)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLookup, Formulas, etc) and PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation
- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
