Disability Solutions, a division of Ability Beyond, is a non-profit consulting firm helping employers build inclusive hiring strategies for individuals with disabilities.We’re looking for a proactive Support & Administrative Operations Intern who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented and love supporting cross-functional teams, this role is for you!
Schedule: Flexible hours between 7AM–5PM PST
Pay Rate: Unpaid (college credit only)
What You’ll Do:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support client manager with customer service tasks and inbound inquiries
- Assist project manager with tracking timelines and reporting
- Contribute to daily operations, workflows, and special projects
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college during time of internship.
- Organized, dependable, and good with multitasking
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have your own computer and reliable internet
