Manager, Supplier Performance Management Program
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Suppliers.
- Primary responsibility for Supplier contractual compliance as well as ensuring completion of program deliverables

- Action plans-if necessary
- Act as the primary contact for Suppliers regarding:
- Service delivery expectations
- Operational direction and oversight
- Problem resolution
- Serve as liaison between Supplier, FM team and Sourcing team regarding service delivery expectations, operational direction and oversight, contractual compliance, and problem resolution.
- Continually monitor and improve the end-to-end Supplier Performance Management (SPM) Program to meet the supplier management requirements as outlined in the MSA with the Client.
- Ultimate accountability to ensure all program deliverables are completed on time and accurate, including: risk rating refreshes, scorecarding, supplier business reviews, compliance audits, and supplier training.
- Effectively “manage by influence” to drive full compliance among various stakeholders regarding adherence to SPM program, playbook requirements, and data integrity.
- Effectively interface and partner with Client senior leaders to ensure alignment regarding program requirements, management strategy, processes, and ongoing deliverables.
- Create and deliver training to cross-functional Supplier Performance Managers related to scorecarding, Business Reviews, and other program requirements.
- Partner with service line SPOCs to ensure the SPM program is well integrated with on-account service lines; promote partnership and cooperation to ensure support with overall SPM program success.
- Identify and solve process gaps by identifying failure points, engaging stakeholders, investigating potential solutions, and effectively implementing the best solution in a clear, documented format for use by all stakeholders to sustainably improve performance.
- Identify serious or high-risk Supplier-related incidents, issues or problems and escalate via the Supplier Risk & Escalation Process* as appropriate.
- Ability to pull data from BI, Corrigo, Jaggaer, Avetta and other supplier management platforms to aggregate data and extrapolate supplier performance.
- Monitor supplier performance to contracted scopes of work.
- Assist with audit and compliance deliverables
- Manage Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for suppliers that are not meeting contracted duties.
- Report on supplier performance ratings on a regular cadence as determined by account team.
- Possess excellent communication skills to work across multiple Service Lines within the organization.
- Successfully manage multiple competing priorities.
- Serves as dotted-line manager to our Corrigo analyst providing guidance regards account specific needs
Education/Training
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Vendor management experience preferred
- Experience in Facilities and Construction Project Management and Sourcing is a plus
- Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
- Ability to drive accountability, strong critical reasoning and follow through
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and problem solving / conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
- High degree of innovation with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, BI, Smartsheet and other JLL technology reporting platforms.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year
