The position involves assisting lead teachers with classroom activities and maintaining a welcoming environment for children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and flexible with schedules.
Explorers Academy is looking for assistant teachers who are willing to demonstrate Christlike characteristics; keep children safe; assist the lead teacher with lesson plans and preparation; help maintain a clean and tidy classroom; utilize Conscious Discipline; and have awareness of emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs in children.
Assistant Teachers need to be at least 18 years of age or older. This is a Substitute position and there will be no set schedule. We are seeking someone with the flexibility to work as needed.
