Purpose:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with digital platforms serving e-commerce merchants. Looking for a solutions-oriented individual who can think outside the box to focus on developing revenue in digital sales environment.
You will need to integrate our products into platform service offering and work with sales, customers, and technical teams to achieve the results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships with digital platforms serving e-commerce merchants.
· Identify opportunities to integrate courier services into platform ecosystems, enhancing value for merchants.
· Achieve agreed revenue and profit targets.
· Drive the execution and onboarding of new digital platform partners by liaising between all interconnected functions: marketing, legal, pricing, operations, and information technology team.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial collaborations.
· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to align partnership strategies with company goals.
· Monitor account performance in close cooperation with a virtual team.
· Analyze Digital Platforms sales data, help prepare sales forecasts and assist in the development of analysis.
· May provide functional advice or training.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in partnership business development, partnership management, or account management.
· Experience in the courier, logistics, or supply chain industry.
· Proven track record of building commercial relationships with digital platforms or in the e-commerce sector.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
