As the Stock Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s stock programs. You will oversee all aspects of public company stock administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across the program. This role is essential in maintaining, designing, and improving core processes while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless employee experience.

To succeed, you’ll bring strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of stock administration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the business. You should be confident navigating ambiguity, adaptable to change, and proactive in developing solutions that drive the success of our unique stock programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer all aspects of the company’s stock programs, including new grants, vesting, distributions, terminations, and cancellations.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all data within the system of record, including oversight of tax reporting for stock awards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain effective SOX processes and controls around stock processes.
• Provide expertise in stock administration and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, securities laws, and domestic/international tax regulations.
• Generate and maintain stock-based compensation reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS; support external auditors during annual audits.
• Partner closely with Payroll, Legal, and People teams to streamline equity-related processes and resolve issues.
• Serve as the lead resource for employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain effective controls around stock processes.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in stock plan administration.
• Strong knowledge of multiple equity instruments.
• In-depth understanding of compensation-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing stock programs in both public company environments.
• Familiarity with dual-class stock structures.
