In this role, you'll play a crucial part in matching job seekers with suitable employment opportunities, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Actively search for candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications using various assessment tools.
- Placement: Match candidates with job openings that fit their skills and career goals. Coordinate with employers to understand their staffing needs and preferences, facilitating a smooth placement process.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understand and address their staffing requirements, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are smoothly integrated into their roles and receive the necessary training and orientation.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork related to hiring, onboarding, and compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and placements, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
