Job Description
Executes FlexStaff staffing strategy for assigned areas to ensure client needs are met. Receives and fulfills staffing requests of clinical and non-clinical contingent staff for assigned areas. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical leaders to manage and align employee resources against site needs.
This is a fully remote position Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors staffing needs for specified areas and ensures support expectations are met.
- Reviews and submits temp profiles against long term staffing needs.
- Reviews and confirms temp short-term requests to support daily needs.
- Monitors and updates all long-term orders in FlexStaff database to ensure accuracy.
- Documents daily communications between site/staff in FlexStaff database.
- Initiates and promotes process improvement opportunities, as necessary.
- Monitors filled percentage of long-term and short-term orders, reporting back to management.
- May collaborate with myTIME Kronos team, HR Technology and FlexStaff leadership to promote the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technology.
- Ensures compliance standards are met before approving staff for shift(s) both short and long term.
- Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred.
- Knowledge of all applicable health system, New York State and Federal employment regulations, preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, required.
- Strong verbal, written and customer service skills, required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, required.
