Mirakl is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month contract to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Americas and APAC teams. In this key role, you’ll play an essential part in bringing talented professionals onboard during an exciting phase of growth. What you will do at Mirakl
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with GTM leaders to understand team needs and help shape the hiring strategy.
- Source & Attract Talent: Develop creative sourcing approaches to connect with high-quality candidates for critical roles.
- Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through each stage of the process, providing clear communication and a positive impression of Mirakl.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and share insights with the team.
- Support Hiring Managers: Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering timely updates, strategic guidance, and transparent communication throughout each search.
