Job Description Summary: The SAP BASIS Systems Administrators Leader will be responsible for the support and administration of SAP BASIS and related activities across multiple SAP platforms. This includes the implementation of all changes in SAP including performance and tuning analysis, capacity planning, systems support and planning, application support, and software upgrades.

Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of SAP systems in alignment with business objectives.

Administer and maintain SAP environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and scalability
-
Perform installation, upgrades, patches, and configurations of SAP systems (S/4 HANA, ECC, HANA, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements
-
Monitor system health and security, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and IT governance standards
-
Provide technical support during project deployments, system migrations, and updates
-
Document processes, system changes, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge transfer and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing SAP products, including experience with S/4 HANA
-
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP BASIS solutions
-
5 years of business and functional requirements analysis experience
-
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications.

Extensive experience as a team member on medium to large SAP initiatives
Preferred Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated success in designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems and ERP environments
-
Experience in supporting SAP HANA, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
-
Experience using verbal and written communication skills effectively, including the ability to work across teams, and the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders while implementing SAP, as well as other complex projects
-
Strong communication & stakeholders management skills

Strong Business Process Knowledge
-
Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family
-
Ability to work with large, distributed teams onshore and offshore with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-pressure culture
