Sr. Financial Analyst (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Ennoble Care! This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, performing in-depth variance analysis, and contributing to key decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, experience with large data sets, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans

• Analyze monthly financial results and provide clear explanations for variances to forecast and budget

• Prepare and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

• Conduct scenario analysis, profitability studies, and investment evaluations (e.g., ROI, NPV)

• Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts of operational decisions

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in coordination with Accounting

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)

• SQL or other data query language knowledge

• Experience with financial systems (e.g., Waystar) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong business acumen and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
