Hard Skills: Ability to work with appropriate technical resources to load, troubleshoot and maintain system applications., Ability to code applications using one or more of the coding tools assigned in the developer's toolkit., Ability to research, design, and development of the assigned computer software systems., Ability to analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints., Ability to consult with clinical, business, and Information Technology application analysts, systems, and network engineers to evaluate interfaces between hardware, software, and operational performance requirements., Ability to develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming and documentation.

Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. Works closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Role involves writing clean and efficient code, debugging applications, and collaborating with other developers to continuously improve software products.
Essential Functions

Designs, develops, and maintains workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and gap assessments for departments and applications in areas of assigned responsibility.

Coordinates and participates in the planning activities, policy formulation, and procedural development relating to area of responsibility

Reviews existing systems and recommends steps and techniques for improving operation and efficiency.

Maintains application contingency plan documentation for assigned areas, ensuring the plan is updated and tested at least once annually.

Develops and tests new applications and versions, preparing testing scenarios and testing schedules prior to the release.

Monitors and reviews performance during testing and communicates results to the appropriate project team members tracking and following through with issues to resolution.

Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.

Experience - Two (2) years related work experience.
