The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $21-27/Hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hands-On Experience: Get an insider's view of the warehousing and supply chain industry, working with cutting-edge material handling devices and innovative software solutions.
- Skill Development: Build a solid foundation in the sales and solution process for enterprise software as you collaborate with our talented team of software consultants.
- Enjoy Flexibility: This role is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you thrive best.
- Document Library Management: Create, streamline, and maintain a comprehensive library of software proposal and requirement documents that drive our operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Review key content templates with key stakeholders to ensure clarity and quality, contributing to the precision of our projects.
- Project Database Maintenance: Keep our project database updated for executed projects and products, ensuring our records are accurate and accessible.
- Data Integrity Checks: Conduct compliance and data quality checks, safeguarding the quality of our processes and project data.
- Metrics Reporting Assistance: Play a critical role in monthly metrics reporting and data gathering, helping us track our achievements and progress.
- Tool Creation: Assist in the development of tools for software requirement gathering, estimations, and document generation that streamline our workflows.
- Internal and Client Communications: Help create impactful internal and customer-facing materials and messaging that resonate with our audience.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- We are seeking candidates who can dedicate 4+ months to this internship.
- Familiarity with warehousing practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in software engineering or software testing is an asset.
- Strong English communication and technical writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with VBA or other coding languages is a bonus.
