Job Description:
CASE is seeking a strategic, results-driven Social Planner / Strategist to craft impactful social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll bring strong research, insight, and creativity to develop and execute campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of social and digital trends. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for brand growth and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.
As a CASE Social Planner / Strategist, you will:
- Develop in-depth understanding of clients' brands and objectives to craft effective social media and digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct research on consumer behavior, brand positioning, trends, and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Extract key insights to guide strategy and campaign development.
- Create comprehensive social strategies and playbooks, including goals, consumer profiles, content plans, KPIs, and community engagement guidelines.
- Collaborate on social-first campaign concepts for brand and product launches, analyzing performance and suggesting optimization strategies.
- Oversee the creation of social-first content and assets.
- Lead strategy sessions, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with account and creative teams.
- Strategically plan daily social asset placements each month across various social channels, demonstrating an understanding of the unique value each platform brings to the brand and its community.
- Stay updated on social and digital trends, sharing insights with the team and clients.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in social media strategy for beauty or fashion brands
- Stay up-to-date on social and digital trends, sharing insights with the team and clients.
- Experience with research and insights, strategy, positioning, channel / comms planning, execution and analytics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in InDesign, Keynote, and spreadsheets
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to work hard and have fun
