We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual who can manage our social media channels, develop engaging content, and help grow our online community. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, stays on top of social trends, and knows how to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate with the event production team to showcase live events, behind-the-scenes content, and client success stories
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics; create reports to track growth and optimize future content
- Respond to followers, manage community interaction, and escalate inquiries to relevant internal teams
- Coordinate content calendars, brainstorm new campaign ideas, and support email marketing efforts
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience managing social media or digital content
- Proficiency with platforms like Canva, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media best practices, algorithms, and content trends
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion for events, creativity, and all things digital
