Job Description:
As a Small Business Partner Manager, you will create and maintain a programmatic approach to driving Pixel sales across the SMB channel of one of the largest wireless telecom carriers in the U.S. You will partner with these telecom carrier's R2b/Small Business teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage Pixel's unique value proposition to meet the needs of Small Business customers.
What Will You Do?

Develop and implement strategic partnership programs to drive Pixel sales through one of the largest wireless telecom carrier's R2B and Small Business channels in the US.

Collaborate with the carrier's Small Business team to understand their customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

Develop and deliver sales incentive programs for the carrier's SMB sales force on Pixel products and selling strategies.

Track and measure the success of partnership programs and adjust as needed
What Will You Need to Succeed?

Experience in project management and sales development.

Deep understanding of the mobile device market and Google Pixel products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to track and measure program results to deliver key sales insights.

Experience working with the US telecom carrier or other wireless carriers in Small Business and R2B (T-Mobil, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)

Experience in developing programmatic marketing campaigns.

The salary for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 and is paid annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
