Job Description:
The Kiavi Servicing Team is the primary point of contact for our customers after a loan is approved. Our goal is to provide the best mortgage experience for our customers and keep them coming back. As a Servicing Administrator at Kiavi, you will provide essential administrative support to the Servicing Team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the team’s overall effectiveness and success.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage vendor invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Prepare and submit foreclosure, bankruptcy and deed-in-lieu referrals in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Execute and manage loan servicing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate property preservation activities, including dispatching vendors and monitoring ongoing work.
- Order and track monthly Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and property inspections to assess collateral value, occupancy, and current property condition.
- Manage documentation on secondary liens and deed issues, including oversight and crossfunctional remediation
- Sort, process, and distribute servicing mail to the appropriate teams to maintain efficient workflow and timely responses.
- Ad hoc and monthly reporting as needed
- Maintain and track investor annual delivery requirements
- Review Collection pipelines for policy adherence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, mortgage operations, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to efficiently interact with vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suits (Excel and Word) and loan servicing systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-faced environment.
- Knowledge of mortgage and servicing regulations, investor guidelines, and industry best practices is a plus.
- Must be organized and able to handle multiple functions at once, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
