Description
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our client services team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who’s looking to grow their skills in SEO, PPC, task and project management, and client communication. You’ll assist in managing day-to-day client tasks, reporting, and data analysis while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Join and take notes during client calls (you won’t lead calls, but you’ll play a key support role)
- Manage and update tasks and deadlines in project management tools
- Support in preparing monthly client reports with campaign data and performance insights
- Assist with SEO analysis and keyword tracking, as well as identifying performance opportunities
- Contribute to research on PPC trends and campaign performance (exposure or basic knowledge is a plus)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are on track and to ensure strategic campaign initiatives are aligned with client goals
- Perform quality assurance of client campaign tasks
- Stay informed about SEO and SEM best practices and industry updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account support, or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and project management software
- Exposure to SEO and/or PPC campaigns (you don’t need to be an expert—just eager to learn)
