About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a pivotal role in hiring great talent not just in the Americas but with scope to hire roles globally too.

As a brand ambassador, you will provide an engaging and excellent experience for both candidates and colleagues. You will be empowered to manage the full life-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to define each role, source top talent, and ensure a seamless interview process.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape the talent strategy and culture for your region. You will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director to craft localised attraction strategies and refine recruitment processes tailored to your market as well as have opportunities to work on global roles and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to the Talent Acquisition Director.
- Mentor junior members on hiring process and sourcing skills.
- Owning the full recruitment cycle from attraction, sourcing, managing and closing vacancies.
- Map external markets, conduct competitor analysis and identify trends, to help source and deliver strong talent pipelines across multiple locations.
- Keep our hiring bar high and be a talent consultant and brand ambassador to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Continually drive DE&I best practice across all stages of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to build process and implement best practices.
- Be responsible for rolling out the localised processes and attraction strategy.
- Meet and consult stakeholders regularly to understand priority roles, desired competencies, team culture, and other key success factors.
- Utilise data in all aspects of your role to help you plan, track and manage roles.
- Ensure accurate reporting to inform key talent acquisition decisions and strategy.
- Manage and track recruitment with the use of ATS system.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and solid experience as a senior recruiter/senior talent acquisition partner managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Experienced in stakeholder management; consulting and influencing stakeholders, with a passion for having conversations about all things DE&I.
- Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates.
- Strong sourcing and attraction experience across multiple global locations.
- Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems. Experience of tracking, monitoring, and reporting on recruitment campaigns.
