Senior Product Designer

Job Description:

As a Senior Product Designer at Integrate, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting experiences that empower thousands of B2B marketers. You’ll lead the charge in user research, product discovery, and interaction design, balancing craft with strategy to bring world-class SaaS products to life.

Your impact will include:

• Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring clarity and delight to complex workflows.

• Leading product discovery with cross-functional peers to identify high-impact problems and shape scalable solutions.

• Conducting and synthesizing user research to ensure our roadmap is grounded in real customer needs.

• Applying analytics and behavioral insights to iterate on features and improve adoption, usability, and satisfaction.

• Championing design systems and scalable UX patterns that drive consistency across our platform.

• Facilitating workshops, design critiques, and co-creation sessions to keep momentum high and alignment tight.

• Advocating for human-centered design in an environment that values speed, learning, and autonomy.

You Might Be a Fit If…

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

• You’ve owned designs from 0→1 as well as refined existing features with measurable impact.

• You bring experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research — from interviews to usability testing to digging into behavioral data.

• You’re energized by solving messy, complex UX problems and turning ambiguity into elegant solutions.

• You’re a clear communicator who can influence decisions at every level — from engineers to executives.

• You move fast, stay curious, and obsess over the details that make products great.
