Senior Principal Statistical Programmer
Location: Remote home worksite telecommuting position based in mainland U.S. and reporting to HQ in New Haven, CT
Employer: Arvinas Operations, Inc.
Remote home worksite telecommuting position based in mainland U.S. and reporting to HQ in New Haven, CT. Oversee Statistical Programming team delivery for clinical projects. Coordinate and oversee team activities and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and timely statistical programming deliverables in compliance with departmental processes and procedures. Develop detailed programming strategy, specifications, and plans for programming deliverables for clinical projects. Perform comprehensive review of, and provide input into, project requirements and documentation. Collaborate effectively with Statistical Programming team and cross-functional team members and counterparts to achieve project goals. Oversee and coordinate statistical programming activities outsourced to third party vendors; ensure third party vendors are adopting appropriate processes and methods to maintain a performance that meets the agreed upon scope, timelines, and quality. Apply technical and analytical expertise to develop and implement solutions for use on clinical projects leading to increased efficiency and quality. F/T. Salary $197,798.38.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Public Health, or Pharmacy and 8 years of post-Bachelor’s degree experience as a Statistical Programmer or Programming Manager/Analyst. Foreign equivalent/combination of education & experience acceptable. Experience must include familiarity with: 1) SAS language; and 2) CDISC standards. Requires travel to HQ in New Haven, CT office on as-needed basis.
