Job Description:
Roar Apex is looking for a talented Senior Motion Graphics Designer for a Video Production Services company. The ideal candidate who can bring scripts to life through stunning animations and visual effects. You’ll transform written concepts into dynamic, engaging videos, creating custom motion graphics, titles, and animations that align with client branding and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce original motion graphics, titles, and animations based on scripts, turning concepts into polished and impactful visuals.
- Craft custom animations for a variety of content, including corporate videos, explainer videos, product promotions, and social media assets.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to bring the creative vision to life, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Apply advanced animation techniques, such as rotoscoping, tracking, masking, and compositing, to enhance video quality.
- Design smooth transitions and dynamic text animations to strengthen storytelling elements.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding high standards of quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design with a portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles, including corporate, explainer videos, product promos, and social media content.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects is a definite advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with expertise in techniques such as rotoscoping, tracking, and compositing.
- Proven ability to develop original motion graphics and animations from scripts, taking projects from concept to final delivery.
- Knowledge of stock footage and music licensing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret creative briefs.
Pre-requisites
- Access to a computer capable of managing 4K video and animation projects.
- Up-to-date versions of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Webcam for virtual meetings and team collaboration.
