Job Description Summary:
Senior Manager, Quality Control Systems leads and supports the InfinityQS (IQS) system for The Coca-Cola Company. This role supports a real-time Statistical Process Control Software (SPC) by maintaining/updating master data in the corporate database using the quality manufacturing requirements software to determine appropriate specifications and frequencies for product, packaging, processes, and micro testing. Build and maintain a standardized user-friendly interface to enable accurate and appropriate data entry at the site and platform level. Ability to generate reports to support audit requests.
Skill Set:
- Ability to research and determine product structure needed to fulfill quality manufacturing requirements
- Appropriate product category assignments
- Needed checks determined for both product and processes per quality manufacturing requirements
- Calculating appropriate factors and constants necessary for IQS software data entry calculations
- Understanding the underlying structure of the IQS software, IQS services, and devices required for the installation, licensing, and data movement from tablets, site servers, and corporate servers
- Corporate and Site databases and servers
- Update Service

- MicroRidge system used with gages
- Tablet configurations
- Support Coke IT through upgrades and network outages
- Project building and maintenance
- Thorough understanding of how data is to be collected and stored within the IQS software
- Ability to problem-solve when issues arise preventing users to enter or see data
- Adjust data entry methods to reflect changing needs and requirements
- Ability to build projects for data collection and reporting
- Manage the ongoing Master Data Structure
- Placing permanent/temporary employees in the database and managing their security roles
- New product and reformulation

- All aspects of labels (Artwork, UPC, GTIN, closures, etc.)
- Verifying the packaging required for verification
- Job creation and understanding the needed components
- Careful attention to primary sources and verifications are needed to prevent unnecessary extra steps for end-users
- Determine the possible levels needed for each job (Micro, Syrup, Primary, Tertiary, Secondary,…)

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience with quality systems
- Two (2) years of experience with Infinity QS
- SAP experience (Quality Module) preferred
Education:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Quality, or related field is preferred

$148,000 - $166,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
