Job Description:
Oshi Health’s Growth team is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Customer Strategy and Success to spearhead client implementation and oversee account management for both new and existing partners. In this pivotal role, you will lead internal implementation efforts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Clinical, and Commercial, to enhance partnership awareness of Oshi Health. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering QBRs to customers and ensuring partner satisfaction. This hands-on position also involves conducting in-depth analyses to showcase client success stories and drive continued growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own end to end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts, responsible for driving success within owned partnerships
- Lead internal implementation efforts, working cross functionally with stakeholders across product, member marketing, clinical operations
- Drive marketing and awareness of Oshi Health within named accounts, to ensure prospective members are well-educated on different GI solutions available within their benefit structure
- Work within internal Oshi Health systems to pull down key stats and conduct ad-hoc analysis, to highlight key stories and success on performance to Oshi Health clients
- Deliver QBRs to customers, to continue to drive growth within accounts
Who you are:
- 3-5 years out of an undergraduate experience.
- Has experience in a client-facing profession, comfortable leading external conversation, and influencing key stakeholders.
- Has shown progression and advanced in their individual field of work.
- Healthcare experience is preferable.
- Professional to have hands-on experience with analytics and storytelling through data.
- Strong cross-functional coordination capabilities - detail-oriented, strong on documentation and communication to solve problems and gain alignment across stakeholders

Compensation Range
$130,000 - $150,000 USD
