As our Senior Director of Client Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our client service delivery operations. Each day, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes to ensure the highest standards of excellence. To excel in this position, you should be a high-performing individual with extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare management, particularly with a focus on service delivery.
Here’s What You Can Expect
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive client satisfaction by optimizing service delivery processes and leading initiatives for service excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client service delivery team.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Address and resolve client issues and complaints proactively to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a significant portion in leadership
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in service delivery.
Experience in strategic planning and execution with an emphasis on service optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $125,572.97 - $218,451.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
