Responsibilities:
- Run reports and conduct preliminary analysis of data. Learn to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide clients with standard reports and respond to requests for ad hoc reports. Conduct preliminary analyses of the data, identifying trends, patterns and insights. Explain reports, and respond to client questions.
- Develop expertise in data analysis and the usage of the company’s analytical tools and capabilities
- Participate in client meetings and shadow Client Relationship Managers to develop a sound knowledge of partnership-building
- Work with clients to understand business needs and present creative solutions to meet those needs. Help clients understand and articulate their needs for data and link back to company services.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to interpret standard reports and point out relationships among data; raising strategic questions and offering insight. Identify new reports and/or ways of looking at the data to help clients gain business insights.
- Coordinate with internal business groups to resolve moderately complex client problems, and improve levels of service to clients
- Learn to recognize opportunities to expand the use of company services. May participate in new business development activities by assisting in drafting proposals and in supporting projects such as pilot programs, and assisting in the enrollment process for new distributors.
- Assist product owner to prepare updates to leadership.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, etc.), customers, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure alignment on product direction.
- Actively participate in the product development process, including daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, providing clarification and feedback to the team.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- MBA or relevant Master's degree may substitute for up to two years of related experience
- Minimum two years of related experience learning client marketing environments and developing seasoned client interaction skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral including the ability to translate and present technical and analytical issues. Ability to communicate and coordinate work across functional areas within the division.
