Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development, with consistent overachievement., Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and other sales engagement tools., Experience targeting North American markets and/or IT channel partners (ISVs, MSPs) is a plus.

We’re now looking for a Senior Business Development Strategist - AI Outreach & Enablement, who thrives at the intersection of sales, automation, and enablement. What you'll do
Strategic Prospecting: Identify, segment, and qualify leads across SMB, ISV, and MSP channels.
AI-Driven Outreach: Design, automate, and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences (email, phone, video, LinkedIn) using tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
Personalized Content Creation: Write compelling, conversion-focused sales copy and run A/B tests to refine performance.
Coaching & Enablement: Mentor SDRs and AEs on messaging, cadences, and automation best practices.
Performance Analytics: Track KPIs, generate insights, and propose improvements to outreach strategy.
CRM Management: Maintain structured data and activity records to ensure visibility and alignment.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing and Product to align messaging and share prospect insights.
Continuous Innovation: Stay up to date with AI tools, automation trends, and outbound techniques.
