Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Systems Integration
This is a remote role with the preferred candidate able to accommodate 7:00am EST meetings.
As a technical member of our Integration Team, you will work collaboratively with departments across the company to automate Data integration between and outside of HR Systems. You'll lead requirements writing and testing efforts for integration projects and maintain proper documentation of business maps and system configuration.
This position will also work closely with the vendors to help define, execute and troubleshoot integrations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the technical system support team to maintain a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation
What You'll Do
- Work with the Application Development Team to build and enhance integration capabilities to meet current and future business needs for HR using databases or applications.
- Independently perform functional analysis for new projects; document functional and system requirements and solution designs.
- Partner with the vendor where needed to resolve technical issues in the system.
- Provide project support for all Human Resources system projects – testing, data validation and production rollout, project administration.
- Collaborate with the technical support team and maintains a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations.
- Serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users.
- Operate across multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks, from addressing production issues to working with new customers.

- Complex query building using SQL, Python, Access, Power-Bi
- Complex analysis capability

- Advanced Microsoft office skills – expert excel user

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years
