Job Description:
Overview
The purpose of this job is to provide technical and analytical support for the daily pricing of loan programs and pipeline interest rate risk management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate mortgage loan pipeline
- Produce analytical reports from secondary system to assist management in trading/hedging strategy
- Verify the accuracy of the individual loan purchases from wholesale lenders
- Assist wholesale lenders and retail originators with pricing and lock extensions
- Assist the Secondary Marketing Manager with pricing and hedging
- Provide the shipping area with the loans available for pooling
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
